Location: Peak District (with opportunities potentially available nationally)
The National Trust cares for some of the UK’s most important historic places, countryside and green spaces, helping to preserve nature, beauty and history for everyone, for ever.
Across the Peak District, the National Trust supports a wide range of opportunities for people interested in hospitality, visitor engagement, conservation, catering, retail and outdoor work.
The National Trust recognises the importance of creating accessible pathways into employment and volunteering for young people, including those with care experience, and is committed to offering supportive opportunities to help build confidence, skills and experience.
The organisation uses a strengths-based recruitment approach, meaning applicants are assessed on their potential, attitude and approach rather than simply previous experience. This is designed to create a fairer and more inclusive recruitment process for young people entering the workplace.
