Circl – Fully Funded Leadership Development Opportunity for Young People
Applications are now open for Circl’s upcoming Leader as Coach programmes, starting in July and September 2026.
This fully funded, accredited leadership programme gives young people the opportunity to develop valuable coaching and leadership skills while gaining a recognised certificate accredited by the Association for Coaching. Participants will learn practical coaching techniques that can be applied in any future career and build confidence, communication and leadership capabilities.
The programme is designed for 18–24-year-olds from under-represented backgrounds and offers the unique opportunity to learn alongside professionals from leading organisations including eBay, Trustpilot, Rolls-Royce SMR and Zurich.
Programme details:
• Fully funded leadership and coaching programme
• Accredited by the Association for Coaching
• Open to 18–24-year-olds from under-represented backgrounds
• Develop transferable coaching, communication and leadership skills
• Learn alongside professionals from leading organisations including eBay, Trustpilot, Rolls-Royce SMR and Zurich
• Delivered online via Zoom
• 12-week programme requiring approximately 1–2 hours per week
• Next cohorts begin in July and September 2026
