Leisure Focus is a not for profit Charitable incorporated organisation and has been established to work with local communities; supporting clubs, organisations and individuals to achieve their sporting and lifestyle goals.

To support care leavers, we will offer the following:
• Employment Opportunities
o Offer to train competent swimmers as Poolside Life Guards and offer work at our leisure centres. We will provide a full training programme that leads to a recognised certificate and offer sessional employment which pays competitive salary depends on the job role.
• Work Experience
o Offer flexible work experience placements in our leisure centres this may be in front line or back office areas that meet individual career aspirations and study requirements
o For individuals who want to work in this area and are suitable the work experience can progress into a job opportunity subject to availability.
• Apprenticeships
o We offer apprenticeships for roles in the gym, pool and customer service in partnership with our apprenticeship provider.
