Apprenticeships & Early Careers

We are passionate about developing future talent and supporting people as they begin their careers in construction.

Our apprenticeships allow you to earn while you learn, combining practical experience with nationally recognised qualifications and ongoing support from experienced colleagues.

If you’re an eligible care leaver, you may also qualify for the Government’s £3,000 Apprenticeship Care Leavers’ Bursary (subject to eligibility criteria – see GOV.UK for details).

Who Can Apply?

This opportunity is aimed at care leavers aged 18–26 who are interested in building a career with Manton Building Contractors.

Unpaid work experience placements may also be available for 16–18-year-olds.

Some opportunities may have specific entry requirements, but we encourage anyone with enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to learn to get in touch.
