BYOB (Be Your Own Boss) helps young adults in the Worcestershire area to become employable.

We offer a tailored programme that teaches enterprise and employment skills, offering a BTEC 2 qualification, access to Functional Skills English and Maths, Duke of Edinburgh Award and coaching to guide your next step into your chosen career.

BYOB enables you to:

BYOB is free to attend and all travel expenses, laptops, training materials, and food will be free for you. You’ll agree a time and place of your choice to meet for an informal chat to see what you want from BYOB. We’ll agree on what BYOB looks like for you, a start date and what support you may require for travel to attend the programme.
