As part of this commitment, we are proud to support the Care Leaver Covenant by helping care-experienced young people access employment opportunities and realise their potential.

Care leavers who apply for roles at BHRUT will have access to tailored support throughout the recruitment process. This includes a designated point of contact within our Recruitment Team who can provide guidance, answer questions and help applicants navigate the recruitment process. We also offer advice and support with completing applications to help candidates present their skills and experience with confidence.

Where eligible, care leavers who meet the essential criteria for a role will be offered further consideration in line with our recruitment commitments.

BHRUT offers a wide range of career opportunities across both clinical and non-clinical services, including apprenticeships, Healthcare Support Worker roles, administrative and corporate positions, clinical support roles and other entry-level opportunities. As colleagues develop, they can access learning and development programmes, wellbeing support, flexible working opportunities where appropriate, staff networks and clear career progression pathways to build long-term careers within the NHS.
