Summary: For those who are eligible customers, they may be entitled to up to a 50% discount on their water bill.

Northumbrian Water discounts on water bills;

Northumbrian Water are a signatory of the Care Leaver Covenant.  We would like to support care leavers by offering the following:

Low Income Discount 

Where customers are eligible, they can get a discount of up to 50% off their water bill.

This offer applies if your total household income is less than £17,005), and your annual water bill is more than 3% of their net household income (after rent or mortgage payments).
