Role Overview:
As the Project Information Coordinator, you’ll manage GMI’s Information Management systems, including Viewpoint for Projects, Field View, SharePoint, Operating Framework, and Email Management.
Key Deliverables:
- Coordinate Info Management Systems for seamless operation on sites.
- Support site teams with regular visits.
- Ensure teams adhere to GMI’s protocols.
- Conduct audits and project reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Report to Divisional Information Manager.
- Perform QA checks on drawings/documents.
- Monitor documentation status and ensure compliance.
- Train staff/clients/consultants/subcontractors.
- Conduct audits and produce detailed reports.
- Provide holiday/sickness cover.
- Advise on correct document storage.
- Conduct regular site visits for support.
- Coordinate Field View for sites.
- Monitor project email inboxes.
- Uphold company mission and values.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn new tech/software.
- Proficient in English and MS packages.
- Full Driving Licence required.
- Proactive, hardworking, and reliable.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 and ISO 27001.
Salary: £20,000 + £3k Car Allowance
