We are looking to help care leavers start careers as technicians working in a company where they can learn, be innovative and have a positive impact on the lives of others. We also offer opportunities to learn and develop with our apprenticeship programme and sustainable career progression with our career pathways.
We can arrange for care leavers to visit local sites to find out more about the work we do and the jobs we have on offer. We will also have conversations to help care leavers complete job applications and prepare for interview
