Albion in the Community is the official charity of Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club. The Switch Intervention Programme offers 17 – 25 year old’s with 1-1 interventions from a mentor, which is based around providing emotional support and guidance to improve decision making, help them overcome barriers and achieve their goals

Using a person-centered approach we are passionate about promoting a healthy balanced lifestyle, supporting personal well-being and building confidence.

We also have good connections regarding housing, education and employment.
