Full Details

The Trust provides services in more than 100 locations across Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire and employs around 4,000 staff and more than 300 volunteers.  The health services provided across its sites include all age mental health, children’s services, community integrated services, learning disabilities, forensic services and drug and alcohol services.

As a supporter of the Care Leaver Covenant the Trust would like to offer care leavers individually designed and tailored programmes to help participants understand the range of employment opportunities available in both clinical and non-clinical support service areas and provide support with both the application and preparation for interview process.

Each care leaver will be allocated a Pastoral Support Officer who will provide wide ranging information on the Trust and make introductions to relevant individuals and teams.  Care Leavers will be fully supported to apply for the various opportunities at RDaSH and if successful will continue to receive ongoing pastoral support and can be confident that any concerns or worries will be listened to and appropriate help provided.

All RDaSH employees have access to a range of health and wellbeing offers that take into account physical, emotional and financial wellbeing.
