Intuitive Thinking Skills has over 21 years’ experience supporting people to build confidence, develop skills and take control of their lives through education. We provide people with skills, tools and techniques to become independent, make informed choices and create the future they desire.
We believe that lived experience matters. Everyone has strengths, knowledge, and skills they can build on, especially care experienced young people. We support people to recognise their strengths, grow confidence and develop practical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Through lived experience, peer-led learning and partnership working, we empower people to take back control of their lives and feel more confident shaping their own future.

Care leavers can access:
- Flexible, Self-paced online learning courses available 24/7, 365 days a year – learn anywhere, anytime
- Tutor led online learning available 4 times a year
- Personal development training
- Employability and workplace skills learning
- Certificates of completion to support CV building and career development
- ‘Intuitive Recovery’ an accredited abstinence program for freedom from drug, alcohol or gambling
- Communication and confidence-building modules
- Practical learning focused on real-life skills and future opportunities
- Information, Advice and Guidance training to support
Work experience and employment opportunities
We offer guaranteed interviews for candidates disclosing their care leaver experience and holding the relevant key skills as detailed in published job descriptions. We also offer shadowing opportunities.
