We’re working side-by-side with Shaping Portsmouth to provide better opportunities and support for Care Leavers within our city.
We provide stewarding and door supervisor services across the country, deploying staff at a range of events from local festivals to the Royal Weddings and National Stadia. We offer zero hour contracts, exciting workplaces and flexible shifts, and actively working towards being as accommodating and inclusive of Care Leavers as we can.
We also offer completely free, funded qualifications in Lean Management, Employability and Level 2 Spectator Safety to all employees (subject to eligibility). We also work closely with the princes Trust to offer funding further, meaning Care Leavers would be able to gain their Door Supervisor License, allowing access to a higher pay rate at a range of events.
Through Portsmouth’s Care Leavers Programme, we collaborate with like-minded businesses to offer employment and create a larger support network across the city for those leaving the care system.
