Wessex Water provides water supply services to 1.4 million customers and sewerage services to 2.9 million customers living in the south west of England. Our region includes the areas of Dorset, Somerset , Bath, Bristol as well as most of Wiltshire and parts of Gloucestershire and Hampshire.
To support care leavers aged up to 21 we will offer a 90% reduction on their water and sewerage bill. To be eligible for this support you must meet the following criteria:
- Have your water and/or sewerage bill provided by Wessex Water.

- Be under 21 years old
- Live independently
- Be the sole water bill payer for your property
To access this discount scheme, you must complete a consent to share form that authorises the local authority who support you to send confirmation of your care leaver status to Wessex Water.
Taking up this Offer
To apply for this discount care leaver customers need to contact their Leaving Care Team/Personal Advisor to complete a consent form confirming status as a care leaver.
