Agincare are a social care company who operate primarily within South East, South West and Central England. We provide care support to older and younger adults either within our care homes, supported living or their own homes.
Agincare are passionate about providing outstanding personalised care to our customers and we ensure that they have the opportunity to live independently and are fully safeguarded from harm.
We are proud to also take this same approach with our team members. As a family run company, we want to ensure that people that work for Agincare have the support, development and encouragement to succeed.
That is why we are not only an employer, but also a training provider. Our training company “Training now” are able to offer vocational qualifications in health and social care and other topics to our team members so they can earn while they learn and fulfil their potential.
As a care provider, we understand how daunting it can be to come out of a care setting and feel confident to make the right decisions for your welfare and personal development. This is why we are proud to sign up for the Care Leaver Covenant and give care leavers a real opportunity to gain excellent skills and experience in a supportive setting.
We are offering care leavers guaranteed interviews to apply to join either our care home, home care or live in care services as either a care assistant or in a support role (for care homes only). We provide excellent on the job training for successful candidates.
Many of our care team members come to us with lived experience of either being in care themselves or being primary carers for loved ones and they find social care a place to have a great job and a growing career.
If you’re not sure if care is for you, we are able to offer either work experience or volunteering in our care homes with the opportunity to speak to existing team members and our residents about working in care. You’d be welcome to speak to any of our recruitment team if you’d like further information.
In addition, if you are in the Dorset area, we would be happy to talk to you about our head office opportunities in administration, finance, recruitment and other departments.
Training Now can further support with informal conversations about other learning options if you feel that the social care sector or vocational qualifications is not for you. We also have qualified mental health first aiders, employee assistance programmes and learning support for when things get tough.
Guaranteed interviews for: Care Assistant & other Support Roles.
Available regions: South West, South East & Central England.
