Align JV

Summary: Work experience and paid opportunities available for care leavers at HS2.

Further Details:

Align JV is fully supportive of all disadvantaged groups including Care Leavers. To support Care Leavers, we will make all our vacancies and paid opportunities open to and visible to the Covenant for distribution. We are also keen to host work experience (1 to 4 weeks) and Summer Placements (6 to 12 weeks). This can be delivered in person on-site or virtually.

Depending on interest shown in the project, Align JV is open to the possibility of site visits to raise awareness of the project. We are open to create a pre-employment programme and also to attend any event organised by the Covenant to raise awareness of a career in construction.

We cover travel expenses for local commuting. We also provide free shuttle buses from local stations such as Watford Junction, Hillingdon, Rickmansworth and Denham.

Protective Protection Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
