Our CEO is a qualified Social Worker and so as a company we fully understand that person’s journey from the time they became known to services, entered care to leaving care. Our Head of Education is attachment trained and trauma aware.
We have a variety of different courses on offer. We offer a range of personal development courses at entry level 1, level 2 and level 3 including employability, stress management and first aid for mental health gnr_ourcourses.pdf (gnrpersonaldevelopment.co.uk)
We also offer our rail courses Courses – GNR Training.
As part of our courses, we also offer support to learning about independent living and how to manage with life skills, such as banking and finance; including pay and how to budget. We offer a fantastic range of courses designed to target early help for families as we understand when a care leaver becomes a parent it can be a very distressing time.
GNR have a GNR Jobs group where we have recruiters active in sharing live jobs, and we always support our learners in to work and throughout their careers. This can be by supporting them to write CVs, support with interview techniques, completing application forms or any other support we can provide.
