Skanska Costain STRABAG joint venture (SCS jv) and its Supply Chain, working on behalf of High Speed 2 (HS2), is offering 3-4 week unpaid work placements across various roles including (but not limited to) Health, Safety and Wellbeing, Business Admin, Communications, Community Engagement, Logistics and Social Sustainability. The placement is an opportunity for candidates to gain an insight into construction, work on a major construction project, develop work-readiness skills and gain 1:1 support from a dedicated mentor.

Work placements are offered flexibly in one block or spread out over an agreed timescale.

SCSjv will cover travel expenses and provide full personal protective equipment (PPE) for site based roles.  Office roles may offer a hybrid (Virtual and Face to face) experience, site roles would be expected to be on site.
