Work Placement with W H Bence Coachworks

Summary: 12 weeks’ work placement with a manufacturer of specialist vehicles and trailers.

Further Details:

Where: In and around the Bristol area.
When: Monday – Thursday 8.30 – 12.30.
Salary: Living wage (weekly)

Opportunity to experience:

  • Life in the work shop
  • Experiencing a variety of commercial trades.
  • Mentoring and support throughout from a dedicated member of staff who would have undergone training in supporting care leavers into work.
  • Final exit interview with appraisal from company director – which would include signposting to potential apprenticeship opportunities and a reference.

Requirements: Age 16-25. Must have basic level of maths and English – equivalent of GCSE grade D / Level 4 and an interest in skilled manual labour.
