Specialist Care Team is a family-run, values-led care provider delivering home care and supported living services across Lancashire and Greater Manchester. By signing the Care Leaver Covenant, we are making a clear commitment in two ways:
- We create supported employment pathways into care and support careers.
- We provide direct care and supported living services that help care leavers transition successfully into adulthood.
We believe care-experienced young people bring resilience, insight and strength. Our role is to provide opportunity, structure and consistent support.

- Strengthening emotional wellbeing
- Coordinating with mental health, learning disability or autism services where needed
Support is personalised and strengths-based. We work at the individual’s pace and in partnership with social workers, personal advisers and other professionals to ensure consistency and stability.
